Level III Sex Offender Alert
KHQ.COM - The Spokane County WA Sheriff's Office is warning the public about a level III sex offender living a transient lifestyle in our area. He's identified as 21-year old David W. Rice. Rice has brown hair and blue eyes. Rice was convicted in 2005 of 1st Child Rape, 1st Child Molestation, and 2nd Child Molestation in Grant County.
